1. Delivery Area

Serenity Organics currently delivers within South Africa only.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the incorrect item
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare, beauty, or wellness products unless the item is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, Serenity Organics will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product received.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Serenity Organics cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process will apply.
